Multiserve issues sent for inspection to Paolo
If you encounter any of the following Braun Multiserve issues after the frontline agent has properly troubleshooted them and is unable to resolve them, replace the unit and ensure to send the damaged unit to Paolo at New Jersey Delonghi Headquarters for inspection. Please also make sure the unit is produced in 2023. All frontline agents must provide the serial number for back-office agents to process this request.
**Keep in mind that Paolo only needs to inspect 5 units.
