MQ hand blender replacements
From January to July 2023, we replaced 300 immersion blenders (finished products) and only 41 power handles.
In most cases, the issue with a hand blender is the motor unit not working (because the consumer lets it work continuously for a long period of time) or missing or broken parts. Ensure to validate that the parts are compatible with the model.
Delonghi has checked some of the tickets and noticed that instead of just replacing the broken part or the motor handle, agents are creating a free-charge order for an entire unit.
Keep in mind that it is more cost-effective to just replace the part or the motor handle instead of the entire unit.
Also, make sure if a part is not available in encompass; this does not necessarily mean we do not have stock in our warehouse. Escalate any stock issue with your supervisor to validate with Paolo.
