E-commerce order cancelations

It is highly important to ensure we avoid an influx of requests for Delonghi (Jennifer) to cancel orders.

The Delonghi ECOM team has validated that the link in the order confirmation emails works just fine.

When customers call to cancel an order, they have 60 minutes to do so on the site. The email they receive for the order confirmation has a link where they can delete it themselves or go into their account on the site.

You must ensure that customers follow these steps within the 60-minute time frame.
