These models are the new multiserve units with cold brew function:
KF9250BK
KF9270SI
KF9370SI
The differences from the existing models are:
Warming plate by default: 2 hours (same as KF9079)
Replace E21 error with H2O (same as KF9079)
The cold brew function is similar to the cold brew in the Specialista series.

The warming plate is activated only when you make a half- or full-carafe.
If the warming plate is on and you press the on/off button, the warming plate will turn off.

Step 3
Frontline agents must escalate these ticket cases to “in process”, and internal escalation "replacement.”
Step 4
BO agent creates the FedEx label and sends the unit for inspection to Paolo NJ offices 2 Park Way, 3rd Floor, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458, United States. DO NOT internally escalate the ticket in C4C as we do for safety issues.
Step 5
Follow up with the customer, advising them to reach out once the unit has been sent to process the replacement for that unit.
