Address Verification

One of the most important pieces of information when handling a ticket is the mailing address. Please note that we require the mailing address when mailing a shipping label, replacement unit, refund checks, etc.

Here are some guidelines you must remember when handling a ticket:

  • We have to ask for the mailing address again if the customer has had the unit for more than a year (we can get it from the POP).

  • If the address is not found in the customer box or anywhere else in C4C.

  • If you check the address using the "address verification" button in C4C and the address is invalid or is not 100% accurate.
