Address Verification
One of the most important pieces of information when handling a ticket is the mailing address. Please note that we require the mailing address when mailing a shipping label, replacement unit, refund checks, etc.
Here are some guidelines you must remember when handling a ticket:
We have to ask for the mailing address again if the customer has had the unit for more than a year (we can get it from the POP).
If the address is not found in the customer box or anywhere else in C4C.
If you check the address using the "address verification" button in C4C and the address is invalid or is not 100% accurate.
