[INTERNAL] What is the De'Longhi 90-Day Risk-free offer?

The 90-Day Risk-Free offer is a promotion where the customer can return an ECAM65055MS for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT

In order to qualify for this promotion, the consumer has to meet all of the following requirements:

  1. The promotion is only valid on model ECAM65055MS

  2. The promotion is valid only if a purchase was made from our US E-commerce site. (not Canada)

  3. The promotion is valid only if the purchase was made between the promotional time period, which is June 15, 2023 - August 31, 2023

  4. The promotion is valid only if the consumer registered the product within 30 days of purchase

  5. If the customer has met all of these requirements and wants to return their ECAM65055MS for a full refund, we should follow the ECOM refund process.
